1. Who is responsible and the current website state

Pavlo Ishchenko is responsible for personal information sent directly to this service. This site has no enquiry form, account system, advertising pixel or behavioural analytics. If you email or phone us, we use your contact details and message to reply and manage the request. The hosting provider may create limited technical logs needed to serve and protect the website. Product payment buttons open checkout hosted by Stripe.

The free browser worksheet keeps your entries only in the current page's memory. It does not send them to the server or save them in cookies or browser storage. The text download is created on your device. Leaving or refreshing the page clears the entries.

2. Order information

When an order is placed, the Provider may receive and use:

• buyer name, email, product, amount, currency and order reference;
• payment status and limited transaction information supplied by Stripe;
• delivery, access, support, cancellation and refund correspondence; and
• technical records needed to investigate access or security problems.

The Provider does not receive or store the buyer's complete card number from Stripe.

3. Why information is used

We answer direct enquiries as a step requested before a possible purchase or under a legitimate interest in providing support. Order and access information is used to perform the purchase agreement; accounting records will be kept to meet legal obligations, and limited security records may be used to protect the service.

• to keep records required for tax, accounting and dispute handling.

4. Providers and international processing

This static site is prepared for Hostinger. If published there, Hostinger may process technical request information needed to deliver and secure its pages. Messages sent to the published Outlook address are handled through Microsoft email services. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy terms. The digital-delivery and storage providers, their purposes and any relevant international transfer safeguards must be documented here before those services are enabled.

5. Retention

Email and telephone enquiries are kept while needed to answer the request and handle any follow-up or legal issue. Order and accounting records are kept for the period required by applicable law and legitimate dispute needs. Contact us for questions about the retention of records associated with your order.

6. Cookies

This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Essential cookies may be used by a future checkout, delivery or security service. Any optional tracking will require an updated notice and consent controls where applicable before it is enabled.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, a person may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or an explanation of processing, and may object to certain uses. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office about how your personal information is handled.
